From Pantone’s Cloud Dancer to the snow-covered landscape outside my window, neutral hues have dominated the first month of 2026. As a lover of colorful prints and patterns, my newly discovered fondness for these blank slate shades has caught me by surprise. There’s a challenge that comes with styling a subtle, concise palette as nuanced differences draw your eye while patterns and textures become all the more important in cultivating eye-catching vignettes. They say don’t judge a book by its cover, but I had the best time finding intriguing reads that fit the look I was going for—and the synopsis of each has me eager to add them to my shelf. When it comes to pampering, you don’t have to check into a spa or install an in-home sauna—although both sound marvelous. Intentionally incorporating a few daily wellness practices or little luxuries that bring you joy at home go a long way in maintaining peace and your overall wellbeing. A delightful page-turner, pajama set, cozy blanket, and sophisticated sipper are just a few of my key ingredients for a summer night in. And, if the night just so happens to be on theme, it’s all the better. Take a peek at my themed pampering sessions below and determine which one is calling your name!
